On July 17, Beijing Normal University's Liangshan Prefecture Teachers and Students Wisdom Empowering Rural Revitalization Project officially kicked off in Xichang. The first special training event was successfully held at Xichang National Preschool Teachers College. With the theme of "Empowerment", this training aims to improve the network literacy of Xichang Kindergarten students, effectively promote the construction of the youth network literacy education system in Xichang Kindergarten, and help improve the level of youth network literacy and promote the country's rural revitalization.

On the morning of the 17th, Qi Xuejing, deputy director of the Youth Network Literacy Research Center of Beijing Normal University, first gave a keynote speech on "Big Data Interpretation of Youth Network Literacy". Teacher Qi started to the point and introduced the research content of youth network literacy and the current youth network literacy status from the overall perspective, and put forward suggestions for improving network literacy, hoping that students can improve their network literacy, surf the Internet safely and surf the Internet healthily, and have a healthier and more abundant spiritual world.

Immediately afterwards, Li Qian, a lecturer from the School of Journalism and Communication of Beijing Normal University, shared the overview of virtual reality and industry applications, as well as the observation of the international development trend of VR film and television. Under the guidance of teachers and classmates, the students of Xichang Junior College quickly understood the image presentation and technical logic of VR, and were excited to explore and swim in the VR world with excitement.

In the afternoon, Zhu Yicheng, a lecturer in the School of Journalism and Communication of Beijing Normal University, shared the main content of VR narrative and the development of the domestic VR industry, covering topics such as the characteristics of VR panoramic narrative, panoramic narrative forms and cases, and the development and application of early panoramic narrative in China. They also exchanged topics with teachers and students participating in the workshop, encouraging students to use critical thinking to view VR images and communication.

Afterwards, six summer practice members from the School of Journalism and Communication of Beijing Normal University Xiang Lushan, Yu Xuan, Zhu Xueyin, Ye Jingyi, Li Shihao, and Wang Fan gave keynote speeches on Internet literacy science popularization, interesting knowledge sharing, and party history presentations. Today is the first day of work in Xichang. We followed the college to Xichang National Preschool Teachers College, where we were warmly welcomed by the school's teachers and classmates. When holding the VR workshop, I felt that the advanced and perfect equipment of their equipment is the implementation of the country's policy on promoting the development of education construction, and it is also the result of the country's rural revitalization policy, which gives students the opportunity and way to get in touch with VR video. In the afternoon, our group went to the Xichang satellite launch base on the 19th and did a nucleic acid test as required. When doing nucleic acid testing, I also felt that the local promotion and application of digital medical care has been implemented, and online registration and payment have brought great convenience to people's lives.

On the first day of our trip to Liangshan, we came to Xichang Junior College and took a unique network literacy class with the students here: Teacher Qi, Teacher Zhu, and Teacher Li came on stage to explain to everyone from their respective professional fields. In the morning, we also came to the VR laboratory of Xichang Junior College to learn about the ins and outs of the world famous painting "Mona Lisa" in the VR world with local classmates and teachers.
