In addition, Fang Zengquan, director of the Research Center for Internet Literacy of Minors, Beijing Normal University, released the "Report on the Development of Protection of Minors on Internet Platforms in China (2021)". In the keynote speech session of the forum, Song Yinghui, director of the Supreme Procuratorate Research Base and the Research Center for Juvenile Prosecution of Beijing Normal University, reported on the highlights of the "PRC Law on the Protection of Minors" and summarized some of the characteristics of the newly promulgated unprotected law. This includes responding to some prominent issues in the protection of minors, responding to social concerns, summarizing favorable experiences based on actual conditions, strengthening local legislation, improving the protection system and weaving the protection network, and improving detailed regulations to enhance the rigidity of the law.
