Profile

He was elected academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2011. He has long been engaged in multilingual information processing, computer applications and network technology research and development applications. He developed more than 20 multilingual information processing system software, and opened up a new field of computer civil language processing. He developed the multi-media and network of multilingual information technology, which made new breakthrough and progress in the cause of civil and cultural information processing. In cooperation with relevant domestic companies, he has formed an industry-university-research base integrating research and development, production, operation and service of multilingual information technology in Xinjiang autonomous Region, which has achieved significant economic and social benefits and made outstanding contributions to the development of multilingual information technology in Xinjiang.
